Health and Safety.

A full safety briefing will be given at each event - if you have any questions, please ask a member of the admin team who will be happy to help.

Even if you have played many times, and heard the safety briefing over and over, please remain quiet so that the new players around you can hear it.

It could be you who suffers if you prevent others from hearing the safety brief.

All accidents must be reported to an admin member of staff or a marshal and entered in to the accident book. The first aid point will be identified at startex.

Notify staff of any medical conditions/medication you may be taking. Medication must be kept in top left hand pocket with any relevant details.

In the case of an emergency during games, marshals will sound a whistle with three long blasts or will shout.

SAFEGAURD,

SAFEGAURD,

SAFEGAURD.

Upon hearing this you must make your weapon safe and wait until told it is safe to continue play.

Only pyrotechnics made by Enola Gaye, TLSFX Cloud 9 Combat or PYRO provided by TFBK airsoft can be used on the site.

Pyrotechnics (smoke and BB grenades) can only be sold to and used by players aged 18 or over, This is the law. Home-made or home-modified pyrotechnics are illegal, anyone found to be using such items will be in the first instance asked to remove it from the game area. If found again then you will be escorted from the site.

It is unlikely, but possible, you may encounter a member of the of the armed forces or a member or the cadets forces during a game-day. If this is the case, alert all other players to their presence and cease play immediately. Warning signs are in-place at all possible access points to the site. A site Admin will advise when it is safe to commence play.

Areas of the site of potential risk will be out of bounds areas. These areas will be identified in the safety briefing and marked on the site maps (supplied to each team member at the beginning of the day where required).

Replica rubber knives/bayonets are permitted only for authenticity of a loadout and should remain sheathed at all times. Multi-tools are also permissible for field-craft purposes. Brandishing a bladed weapon or using one irresponsibly in any way will get you ejected from the site and reported to the police.

Eye protection.

Some type of ballistic or protective grade eyewear or face mask mus be worn at all times once on site even in the safe zone.

Vehicles.

Should vehicles be used in game the onsite speed limit is 15mph. This must not be exceeded at any time.

Do not stand in front of moving vehicles.

Vehicles must stop at check points. If check points are in play ?

Rules.

Cheat calling /Hit calling will not be tolerated. Notify a marshal immediately and they will deal with it. NOT a couple of hours later, as the issue will have passed and this makes any resolution hard to deal with.

The BANG rule is not enforced in game; it’s more of a polite way of saying your hit than blasting away at someone from point blank range due to the density of the some parts of the site, so expect to be hit at close range. However at close range we do expect common sense from all players.

Chronoing will be in operation before each and during each event should any issues arise in game which may need the attention of a Chrono check.

Any weapons found to be over the limit will be labelled and held in the admin vehicles until end of play Sunday to ensure the hot weapon won’t be used again.

All players are asked to ensure that your weapons are under the MAX FPS limits for our games.

Chrono's will be available on site for players to check. See a Member of admin at the safe zone at startex.

Taking your hits.

Airsoft relies on honesty - unlike paintball there are no marks than players not taking hits.

Please help us to provide top quality airsoft game by being an honest player.

Definite ricochets do not count as hits.

When you are hit, shout 'Hit' and raise your hand. Leave the game field keeping your arm raised to indicate to other players that you are out of the game.

Do not linger in the game field. When you are hit, do not talk to active players. "Dead men don't talk”.

The BANG rule is not enforced in game; it’s more of a polite way of saying your hit than blasting away at someone from point blank so expect to be hit at close range. However at close range we do expect common sense from players.

Also game players as well and that they will not use their power as an in game marshall to sway the game in their favour.

 Personal Kit.

You are responsible for your own kit and TFBK cannot be held responsible for kit lost, stolen or damaged.

Sleeping Arrangement's.

Sleeping in game is done so at your own risk, players MUST keep eye protection on at all time. A safezone will be made available during each of the events at all TFBK events.

Ammo limits.

Chronos will be carried by all site admin staff during game days and reserve the right to randomly chrono any RIF in

game at any time. Failure to comply with the info below could mean you have an early drive home and thats not what

we want.

TFBK encourages but does not insist on the use of LO-MID-cap mags. We do however; have an ammo limit of 600 rounds.

Normally a 600 round limit for AEG’s will be in place. No loose ammo can be carried except in certain circumstances.

Support gunners can carry one full magazine or load with the weapon, This accurately reflects the role of support weapon gun team.

L86 or similar magazine fed support weapons a limit of 1200 rounds is allowed in magazines. This limit can be carried by the gunner & his support gunner. Support weapons must be of a type used & recognised in the real world.

ie. GPMG,M60, M249 Minimi, MG3 etc. Box or hi cap mags on M16's, AK47's are not support weapons & cannot be used as such.

Pistol ammo is outside of the limits but is restricted to one magazine loaded in the weapon plus one spare.

Sniper rifles are limited to the same 600 rounds.

Be advised that if you do not have the total magazine capacity to give you the allowed maximum load then you will be able

to carry any loose ammo WHICH BRINGS YOU UP TO THE 600 ROUNDS LIMIT.

FPS Limits.

AEG's.

370 fps maximum.

Sniper rifles.

500 fps maximum – minimum engagement distance 20m.

Fixed support weapons and DMR's.

420fps maximum, But they should. Only be used as fixed support weapons, we don’t like Rambo moments on site.

GAS RIFS.

As above however please use your common sense when the weather and climate changes as we don't want to be pulling Airsofters out of the game for running HOT guns.

Marshalls.

Marshalls will operate at all times in the game and will be made up of the onsite Admin team as well as trusted and very well trained regular members of the airsoft community,

Marshalls will identify themselves as marshals by producing an Orange TFBK marshall card if they are required to, however we would like to think that this will be a rarity.

A marshalls decision is final, anyone arguing with a marshall will be asked to take up there greivance with the onsite Admin team.

Cheating is not permitted but we all know it happens, all marshalls are airsoft players and understand some hits aren't taken as they cannot be felt.

Anyone found to be deliberately cheating will be dealt with by the Marshall in question. No player will take actions into there own hands and make decisions on behalf of a Marshall.

Remember that marshals are also game players as well and that they will not use their power as an in game marshall to sway the game in their favour.

The marshals word is final so don’t argue. Under cover marshalls are in operation in all games at TFBK, There will be no marshals wearing HI VIS JACKETS so the marshals will all be airsofters within the game.

Aggressive, Abusive and Dangerous behaviour towards other players or staff will not be tolerated and may result in you being ejected from the site.

Weapons will be randomly chrono’ed throughout the weekend on an adhoc basis. Any guns exceeding specified FPS limits will be removed from play so if you have a spare RIF bring it with you.

PYRO.

There is no limit for the amount of PYRO you can use in game. However, please follow the rules below.

Pyro can be purchased from TFBK on the day only, This can be pre ordered via the facebook booking pages for each event.

Only TLSFX and Enola Gaye products are to be used on site. Anybody found to be using any other PYRO will be at the first point advised to remove it from the gaming area, If it is found again then the Admin team reserve the right to eject you from the property with no refund.

Any explosive pyro thrown within 3m of a person not behind hard cover is classed as a kill. Hard cover is defined as: a wall, a large tree, (Not a few twigs or bushes) or in a ditch,  (This would class as a large crater or trench like system)Not a pot hole.

Smoke grenades are not classed as explosive pyro’s & have no effect on personnel other than producing a smoke screen for an advance to target or an exfil from a contact.

To disable a vehicle using an explosive the pyro must be thrown within 15ft of the front of the vehicle, this is to allow the driver to brake in time.

All occupants are considered dead & the driver & his vehicle are captured for a period of 15 mins should the OPFOR decide to

use it.

During the 15 mins the driver will obey the orders of the senior NCO/commander of the enemy team or by the senior commander at that time.

Captured vehicles can be used for any purpose. (Apart from a run to Maccys) IED's & booby traps can & may well be used during this time so beware that the vehicle and or driver are searched correctly as the medic rule also applies to the driver.

If anything is triggered within 6m of you & you are not behind hard cover as described above it is deemed a hit and the above actions should then be taken.

Medic Rules.

1. In the first instance lie on the floor. If you are near a large puddle or pile of sheep dung then take a knee. Each player will carry a bandage on there person in a location which is easy to retrieve by a team member or the team medic.. ( Not by you lying on the floor holding it in the air waiting to be brought back in game)

2. The bandage should be applied to the right or left upper arm for ease of visibility by other players. Not the head the leg etc and back in the game you go

3.On your Second hit Drink all of the water issued to you by the medic, This will be classed as your IV. If you have a switched on medic he/she will be removing your bandage and placing it were you want it

4. If you are in the middle of applying the bandage or issuing the IV to a team mate and he or you are shot then you are both considered hit until brought back into the game if this is possible.

The Medic Scenario.

1 First hit. Lie on the floor and shout for the medic.

2. In the first instance any member of your team can apply the bandage.

3. The bandage provided will be applied and you are then back in game.

4. Second hit. As above lie on the floor and shout for the medic. Once the medic is on the scene he will issue you with one of the bottles of water. Remove the lid and drink all of the contents. Once drank place the lid back on and remove the bandage and you are back in game.

5. This can carry on until your medic is either

killed off

Awaiting a re-gen him/her self.

Or out of IV. ( Section commanders are to keep an eye on this)

6. If a medic does not turn up straight away take a 5 minute bleed out and back to re-gen you go. If you believe your team mates will be with you once you have been shot but after the 5 minutes then wait it out and the medic will bring you back in game.

Vehicle Hits.

Vehicle's can only be taken out by the folowing method's.

1. Grenades can be thrown in front of the vehicle's not behind. They must be thrown at least 2 meters in front of the vehicle so the driver can see the grenade go off. No flashbangs or smoke's can be used as an alternative.

2. By placing an IED or remote type device by the road side and detonated. Again these should be set off at least 2meters away from the vehicle.

3. Once a vehicle has been taken out only the driver is deemed as dead and the vehicle out of action, the accupants inside are not deemed dead and may carry on in game as normal.

4. If the attacking force feel the need to regen the vehicle and driver then they simply medic the driver and the vehicle is back in play for a maximum of 20 minutes only.
